Return / Exchange Policy (India)
Customer satisfaction is our priority at Eemony Fashion, which is why we offer a generous 7-day return and exchange policy from the date of receiving the product. Please note the following terms and conditions:
Returns or exchanges are applicable only for semi-stitched or unstitched products. Customized or ready-made products cannot be returned or exchanged.
The customer is responsible for shipping the product back to our warehouse for returns or exchanges. We will reimburse Rs. 120.00 for the return shipping cost.
If a customer refuses a prepaid order, they will not be eligible for a refund. Any additional shipping charges for resending the order will be borne by the customer.
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us via email at teameemony@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the product. Returns or exchanges cannot be processed through any other medium.
Refunds will be issued in the form of store credit, valid for 6 months from the date of issuance.

Return / Exchange Policy (Out of India)
Currently, we do not accept international returns or exchanges.
Customers wishing to return a product must arrange and cover shipping costs to our warehouse in India.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours from your website account. For prepaid orders, a 5% deduction for payment gateway charges will apply upon cancellation.
Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.

Non-Applicable Conditions for Return or Exchange
Products that are customized or ready-made according to customer measurements are not eligible for return or exchange.
Items must be returned in their original condition; damaged, altered, or used items will not be accepted.
Orders placed using store credit are not eligible for return or exchange.
Multiple returns from a single customer will not be entertained.
